Quadmanor is a 2-story cabin with the kitchen, master suite and a bunk bedroom on the upper level. The lower level has another master suite with a desk and monitor ready for those who work remotely. The cabin is pet friendly, including backyard space for dogs to do their business. The deck keeps your furry family members safe from forest predators... it's a dogs penthouse view. The covered deck wraps around 3 sides of the cabin providing plenty of outdoor space for the whole family. The roof over most of the deck is a blessing during the summer as the monsoons roll in around 3pm. Rain showers last about an hour and are spectacular to watch. It's also very scenic to watch snow falling during the winter months, especially next to the warmth of propane heaters. Kids love making snowmen on the deck. When we built the roof over the deck, we kept the side corners open to the sky so that a portion of the deck would get snow and sun. Snowball tournaments are still a family favorite. There's also a game console in the bunk bedroom and a game tabletop fireplace, great for making s'mores. The cabin has a huge selection of movies and board games. Starlink internet provides up to 300mbps reliable unlimited internet. One reason we purchased this cabin is to enjoy the nearby trails. Our favorite trails are to Lake Mary, Morman Lake Lodge and Mountaineer Tavern where you will find the finest local food. The trails will also take you to Sedona, Flagstaff, Aspen Valley and Mormon Mountain. The hiking trails are also beautiful, especially when the leaves are changing color.
